ReconstructionInstitute’s Case Management and Navigation Services operate at the intersection of public health, systems accountability, and community stabilization.

We provide individualized, culturally responsive, trauma-informed support to help people navigate complex systems—including healthcare, housing, behavioral health, public benefits, education, and legal services—while simultaneously identifying and addressing the structural barriers that create inequitable outcomes.

Our approach recognizes that individual challenges are often symptoms of systemic failures. We work to support the person while addressing the system.

We do not treat navigation as paperwork assistance alone. We treat it as an equity intervention.
