Every engagement is grounded in the same analytical infrastructure as our flagship course — CREA's power analysis, Collins' four domains, Young's five faces of oppression, Okun's white supremacy culture, the policy violence framework, and the Reconstruction Framework. We do not produce diagnostics that sit on a shelf. We produce named, accountable, structural change plans — and we stay engaged through implementation.
We work with a limited number of clients at a time in order to do the work well. We do not take engagements designed to produce the appearance of accountability rather than its substance.

Direct support for individuals navigating healthcare, housing, legal, and social service systems — grounded in structural analysis of what those systems are actually doing, not just case-by-case problem solving. Organizational Equity Assessment
Starting at $8,000
A comprehensive diagnostic of your organization across six domains: power and decision-making, structural policies, organizational culture, community accountability, labor and compensation equity, and reconstruction readiness. All staff complete a 25-question assessment, analyzed in aggregate by domain and role level. The result is a written report with named findings, a domain-by-domain developmental stage, and a specific 90-day structural change plan.

Structural analysis of policy proposals through the policy violence framework: named actors, documented harm, and the alternative decisions available. For advocacy organizations, community coalitions, and government agencies who need analysis precise enough to withstand scrutiny and specific enough to drive legislative or administrative action.

One-on-one coaching for individuals doing the work of dismantling oppressive patterns in their own lives, relationships, and immediate circles — not organizational consulting, but the personal application of the same structural analysis. For people untangling internalized narratives, navigating family or community systems shaped by the frameworks this Institute teaches, or building the individual capacity to interrupt harm in their own daily sphere of control.
Includes:
Three one-on-one sessions per month
Structural analysis applied to personal relationships, family systems, and daily practice
A personal Reconstruction Framework action plan, built and revisited together
Between-session support for applying the framework in real time
Nonprofit and government rates are lower than corporate rates across every service line — not as a discount, but because the resource realities are different. Community event speaking is offered at sliding scale, at our discretion. Sliding scale does not mean free.
Lived experience with the systems we analyze is named explicitly as expertise in every engagement — not as a soft add-on, but as part of what every fee pays for.
